My real estate career began with the Professionals Altona office as an Assistant Property Manager in 1994. From there I began a sales role with the Deer Park Office and later worked for Williams Real Estate in Altona and Barlow McEwan Tribe in Newport. After a break from Real Estate and regaining my weekends I joined Arbee Real Estate Professionals Bacchus Marsh in 2014.
I have a close connection with the town having grown up here, going to Darley Primary School, being one of the first groups of students at Bacchus Marsh Grammar School, (back when it was just a few portables in Halletts Way) and working my school holidays collecting windfalls at Nicks Orchard until I was old enough to work at Coltman Mitre 10.
I love living in the town that I grew up in and would not want my kids to grow up anywhere else. Bacchus Marsh still has a wonderful sense of community, it is safe and friendly and is easily commutable to Melbourne, Geelong & Ballarat. When I am not working I love spending time with my family, going for cruises in my 1964 XM Falcon, listening to music and putting the fire on in my shed.
I have spent my entire career around sales & marketing in and around homes and the building industry both residential and commercial. I understand the importance of negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes. I like to take a down to earth approach to real estate and realise that I sell the homes in the window instead of pretending I own them all.
I would love to help with any of your real estate requirements whether it be residential sales or rentals, commercial sales or rentals, off the plan sales etc.
If you would like to discuss any of your real estate needs, please feel free to contact me anytime on 0475 888 101 or email me on email@example.com
We have recently had the absolute pleasure of selling our home through Arbee-The Professionals with Steve Creese. Throughout the entire process, from Steve coming out to conduct the appraisal to signing of contracts and beyond, Steve's communication and professionalism was beyond our expectations. Steve kept in regular contact and would even phone us within minutes of an open for inspection with constructive and informative feedback. Steve got us a wonderful result with the sale price, which was also beyond our expectations. Our home was a hard sell with regards to landscaping, but Steve was up for the challenge. We are thrilled with the service from the entire team at Arbee and would not sell through anyone else ever again. We would also like to give a special shout out to Daryl Gould who also provided excellent communication when Steve was on a few days of well deserved Annual Leave. Thanks again Steve and team for your exceptional service. Moira & Tony Wynen.
Testimonial March 2016 I had the great fortune recently of dealing with Arbee Real Estate in Bacchus Marsh and secured their services to sell my home. Personally I can not speak highly enough about this organisation and the people that I dealt with from Denise the lovely warm, friendly, helpful receptionist to Peter Leonard, Steve Creese and Daryl Gould all of whom added great value in their own individual ways. What stood out to me was when Peter Leonard came and looked at my home he immediately got the location and the importance in the location for a sale, he was absolutely upfront about everything as I was in telling him all the good the bad and the ugly things about the property. Peter then brought Steve Creese and Daryl Gould out and we had a open honest discussion about pricing for the property and the best way to sell it. Never once in the time I dealt with these people did they ever let me down, they achieved a price I was happy with on my property and they made what could have been a difficult situation a very pleasant one. With the sale I dealt mostly with Peter Leonard and Steve Creese and at all times they gave me great advice and were exceptionally professional, helpful and honest. I would highly recommend this real estate agent to anyone in Bacchus Marsh who is looking to buy or sell. Sincerely Frances Gillies
