The Village Bacchus Marsh’s Cans in the Camper Appeal

Bacchus Marsh residents are being encouraged to help those in need this Christmas by donating items to The Village Bacchus Marsh’s “Cans in the Camper” appeal.

The appeal is being run as a partnership between The Village Bacchus Marsh and The Neighbours Place, a not-for-profit organisation that helps those in the Moorabool area, who are disadvantaged, at risk, or are unable to temporarily feed themselves or their family.

To support the appeal, all you need to do is bring along non-perishable food items, clothing or toys and place them in the camper at The Village Bacchus Marsh, which will be there until Saturday, November 28.

No doubt many people already have some of these items at home, or you can buy them while you are out shopping. A small gesture can greatly help those in need and put a smile on their faces this Christmas.

Visit The Village Bacchus Marsh to find out more, or to find out more about The Neighbours Place and the work they do, visit www.neighboursplace.org.au.
