Get Active in Bacchus Marsh

Everyone in Bacchus Marsh is being encouraged to get active this month as part of the Premier’s Active April challenge.

The challenge is to get every in Victoria to take part in at least 30 minutes of physical activity everyday – whether it’s running, walking, taking part in sport or anything else that gets you moving.

As part of the Active April challenge, the Moorabool Shire Council is holding a pram walk in Bacchus Marsh.

The pram walk was an initiative of a local playgroup and it will depart from St Andrews Church car park at 1.30pm on Monday, April 20

Mums, dads, and all carers with or without prams are invited to join in on the pram walk challenge and most importantly everyone is encouraged to start being more active everyday.

If you would like to start tracking your daily activity then you can head over to the Active April app and start seeing your progress.

Register for the pram walk at activeapril.vic.gov.au or if you’d like further information you can call 5366 7100 or email info@moorabool.vic.gov.au.
