What will Bacchus Marsh look like in 2041?

question-markThe Moorabool Shire Council is currently asking local residents to have a say on the future of our region.

Projections show that by 2041, Bacchus Marsh, Darley and Maddingley will be home to 31,436 people with a population of more than 8,500 in the district areas of Bences Road, Hopetoun Park, Long Forest and Parwan.

That means that by 2041 the local region will need to accommodate more than 5,000 additional homes, 10,000 additional cars on local roads and provide more local employment opportunities, facilities and services for residents.

So how do you think that the local region should grow to accommodate all of our new residents?
