It appears that Bacchus Marsh’s popularity is growing!
A recent article in the Melton Leader
reported on the growing number of tourists flocking to our region to experience all that it has to offer. According to the article, visitors to the Bacchus Marsh Visitor Information Centre have gone up 31 per cent from December 2011 to the same time last year.
Bacchus Marsh locals are probably not surprised that people want to come and visit our charming country region though.
We are very fortunate to have some wonderful attractions in Bacchus Marsh, such as the Avenue of Honour, our local food and wine industry and magnificent natural beauty. Bacchus Marsh is also home to very popular events throughout the year, such as the annual Strawberries and Cherries Festival.
Overall Bacchus Marsh is just a great place to be, whether you leave here or are just visiting for the day and it’s great to see that more and more people are realising the many wonders and attractions of our region.
